The company was founded by Dr. Pakamon Wongyai, Ph.D., a seasoned hotel industry veteran with over 35 years of experience across hotel operations, pre-opening, renovations, and even hotel closures.

Our team covers a wide range of departments, including Sales & Marketing, Online & Offline Booking, Front Desk, Accounting & Finance, Purchasing, IT, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Security, Kitchen, and Executive Chef. All staff are trained to work professionally and collaboratively, with a focus on multi-tasking and efficiency.
MAYA GROUP has also established a comprehensive Training Center to ensure all team members are fully prepared to meet company standards and perform their roles confidently. This training ensures that our employees align with the company’s values and the “FIRST” concept, maintaining consistency across all hotels managed by MAYA GROUP.
