Maya Group combined with knowledgeable and solid skills team together with competence, expertise, vision, and forward-thinking in-service industry. Dr. Pakamon Wongyai, Ph.D., our Brand Founder, has been a veteran of the hotel business for more than 35 years, for most of her working life in the service industry business with experience in hotel operations, pre-opening, renovating and hotel closure. Maya Group will drive business with professional team that aims to meet the needs of hotel’s owners with maximum profits, satisfy customers as expected and create happiness for the employee and hotel management team under the management concept of “FIRST” which means F= Fast or Immediate, I=Impress, R=Respect, S=Smile, T=Thankful.

MAYA GROUP, in addition to being led by strong and talented women, has also assembled a team of real hoteliers who are very experienced and full of knowledge and abilities in managing various operations with all departments such as Sales & Marketing,  Online & Offline Booking,  Front Desk, Accounting & Finance, Purchasing, IT, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Security team, Kitchen and Executive Chef with a wide range of skills in various cuisines, all staff will be trained to work in the same direction professionally each person can perform a variety of tasks as Multi Skills and we will focus on a team of quality and high efficiency.

MAYA GROUP established a Training Center for all team members before performing their job in all hotels that manage by Maya Group to ensure that all staff are followed company standard with confidence in solid knowledge to meet the standards of MAYA GROUP in accordance with the concept of “FIRST”. 

Sales & Marketing (Online and Offline) MAYA GROUP provided a central staff to monitor and conduct Sales and Marketing strategies to keep always updated demand and supply and yield the price compared to markets and competitors.

In addition to team-based management at Full Skills, MAYA GROUP’s management also employs centralized management, which includes a command center or centralized management for easy to operate and cost-effective. MAYA GROUP management will focus on the team’s quality, goals of success, customer’s satisfaction and profitability and will divide the proportion of hotels into 3 levels as follows:

This is the option for hotel owners who want to select the level for their own hotel at what level compared to competitors in the market and customers who will use our services.

CEO Profile

Maya Consultant and Management Co., Ltd. or MAYA GROUP is a company founded by Thais. The founder is Dr. Pakamon Wongyai, Ph.D., who has a knowledgeable approach and concept in management, Competence, and doctoral degree in Human Resource Management, which has grown from working in the hotel business managed at the interchain level such as the InterContinental, Swiss Hotel, Accor Group and Local Chain such as Imperial Group, Health Land, Brighton Group,  Kene Hotel for  more than 35 years experiences in service industry and she is a strong and decisive female executive full with outstanding knowledge and abilities in the hotel business. Dr. Pakamon Wongyai has experience working in hotels starting from Reception staff and has extensive experience in Sales and Marketing both domestically and internationally with expertise, knowledge, capability, and vision to be a leader. Dr. Pakamon Wongyai has grown and was promoted to the top management position of a 5-star hotel with 500 rooms and received the Group’s Outstanding Executive Award from Asset world Company as “GM of the Year in 2017” While serving as General Manager of The Imperial Pattaya Hotel while achieved the highest operating profit in the hotel segment during the same period Dr. Pakamon Wongyai served as General Manager of 5-star hotels in Pattaya for 8 years and was well-known by Pattaya society and hotel operators until she was elected President of the Thai Eastern Hotels Association from 2018-2020. Dr. Pakamon Wongyai has also been trusted and selected by the Chief Judge of the Pattaya District Court and Pattaya Provincial Court to be the conciliator of the court to mediate cases for the parties from 2016 to the present, which is an honor for herself and her family in the trust of the government under the Ministry of Justice Leadership and visionary Dr. Pakamon Wongyai has accumulated outstanding knowledge, abilities and experience and wants the hotel business in Thailand to be unique and outstanding in management. Thailand is a city with smiles known to people all over the world and kindness in generosity and service mind, which every foreigner wants to experience and wants to use the service, including the cost is not as high as other countries in Asia.
